Pecan Coffee Cake Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Streusel:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Pan - Bundt Pan


Pecan Coffee Cake Cooking Instructions

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water and vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time. Beat mixture 6 minutes on high speed. Grease and flour pan and cover bottom with 1/2 cup pecans. Layer 1/3 batter and 1/3 streusel mix until all are used.
