Grilled Or Roast Lamb :

Ingredients
4 lb boneless leg of lamb (or-shoulder roast
to 5 lbs)
salt and pepper,To Taste
1/2 c honey
1 c white wine
2 ea onions,diced
1 clove
Cooking Instructions
Combine honey, wine, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over lamband marinate in refrigerator overnight, or a minimum of 8 hours.
For oven roasting, preheat oven to 325 and roast uncovered for
approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes for a roast done approximately
medium. Adjust time to your desired doneness.
For grilling, heat grill to medium and turn every 15 minutes and baste
with marinade. This will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes for a roast
done approximately medium. Adjust cooking time to your desired
doneness.
