Bacon Muffins Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons melted shortening
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup bits crisp bacon

Bacon Muffins Cooking Instructions

Sift flour, add sugar, salt and baking powder and sift again, add beaten egg and milk. Add melted shortening beating in quickly. Add bits of
crisped bacon. Bake in hot (425 degree) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with orange marmalade.
