Fruity Pork Curry:

Ingredients
. 1 kg thick rib of pork, cut into 25 ml cubes. 25 ml oil
. 2 onions, sliced
. 2 cloves garlic
. 25 ml curry powder
. 250 ml apricot juice
. 3 large tomatoes
. salt and pepper
. 3 bay leaves
. 50 ml hot fruit chutney
. 50 ml lemon juice
. 1 large apple, cored and chopped
. 10 ml cake flour
Cooking Instructions
1. Brown meat2. Add onions, garlic and curry and saute
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 11/2 hour or until tender
4. Thicken sauce with paste of our and water.
