Turkey Dinner Ingredients

Turkey 14lb or larger
One package of stick butter- Use light butter or Heart Smart (healthy way)
One bottle of Light syrup – Gen. is fine
Small package of brown sugar
Onion salt and powder
Garlic salt and powder
Lemon Pepper
Lemon juice

Turkey Dinner Cooking Instructions

Rinse Turkey inside and out with lemon juice. Place turkey in sizable turkey pan breast side up. Cut butter into small squares and place all around turkey and on top of turkey. Use 1 tsp. of onion salt and onion powder and sprinkle all over turkey. Use 1 tsp. of garlic salt and garlic powder and sprinkle all over turkey. Use 1 tsp. of lemon pepper and sprinkle all over turkey. Massage all seasonings into turkey. Massage 1 cup of brown sugar on turkey. Add water to pan just like you would normally Place foil over turkey.

Cook turkey at 250 starting at 8:00 pm. Make sure you baste turkey through out the night. At 6:00 am Add half a bottle of light maple syrup. Turn up oven temp to 350 Turkey should be done by 11:00 am

Make sure you baste turkey through out cooking time to insure moistness
