1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred before measuring
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup raspberry yogurt or other flavor desired
Powdered sugar
Pan - 9" Tube
Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with the yogurt. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm or cold.
